Payments on this website are routed through authorised payment gateway/banking partners using secure encrypted checkout flows. Shopiva Private Limited does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking passwords, OTPs or other sensitive payment credentials. Orders are confirmed only after payment success confirmation from the gateway or COD validation. Failed, pending, duplicate or disputed payment cases are reviewed using order ID, payment reference, bank reference/UTR and gateway status.
Secure checkout

Failed or pending payments
If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, contact support with payment reference/UTR/order ID. Such cases are verified with the gateway/bank before order confirmation or refund action.

Orders may be held or cancelled where payment, contact information, order pattern or delivery details appear suspicious, incomplete or inconsistent.
