Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation before an order is packed or dispatched through Track Order/Support or customer care. Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and the shipment will be handled under the refund/return policy. Shopiva Private Limited may cancel orders due to failed or suspicious payment, stock unavailability, invalid address, courier non-serviceability, duplicate order, pricing/catalogue error, misuse, policy violation or legal/compliance risk.
Before dispatch
Cancellation can be requested before packing/dispatch through Track Order/Support or customer care. If accepted, prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method.
After dispatch
Once dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and the order will be handled under the refund/return policy.
Store cancellation
We may cancel orders for failed payment, stock unavailability, invalid address, courier non-serviceability, duplicate orders, pricing errors, suspicious activity or policy violation.
COD orders
COD orders may be verified before dispatch. Unreachable phone numbers or repeated refusal may lead to cancellation or COD restriction.
